Exciting Naples Outdoor Lighting project
At LightLaunch, we had the opportunity to be part of The GulfShore Getaway project in Naples, thanks to a collaboration with Earthcare, the homeowner’s landscape contractor.
The owners of this stunning transitional-style home had recently completed extensive renovations, both inside and out. However, their existing landscape lighting no longer complemented the home’s modern architecture. They entrusted us with full creative control to transform their outdoor space with a fresh lighting design.
Our first focus was enhancing the home’s front architecture. With its clean white stucco finish, we achieved a striking effect using just ten strategically placed up-lights—maximizing impact with minimal fixtures.
Once the home’s architecture was beautifully illuminated, we shifted our focus to the mature palms and canopy trees throughout the landscape. Since many of these palms are visible from both inside the home and outdoor living spaces, we strategically lit them from multiple angles, ensuring stunning illumination from every viewpoint on the property.
This project also featured several unique elements, including statues, aquatic features, and yard art. These carefully placed pieces added character to the landscape, making it essential to highlight them and create a cohesive, visually engaging lighting design.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was illuminating the majestic Tabebuia tree, which had withstood two hurricanes. Its unique structure made it a focal point worth celebrating. Instead of relying solely on up-lighting, we installed brass pendants within its foliage, drawing attention deep into the tree and showcasing its natural beauty in a truly captivating way.
