The Boathouse, a stunning Port Royal estate, was beautifully renovated by Glendale Group, a distinguished builder in Southwest Florida.

After purchasing the home, the new owner found the existing landscape lighting system inadequate for showcasing the property’s scale and grandeur. Seeking a more refined lighting solution, they turned to Glendale Group for recommendations—leading them to Beacon Outdoor Lighting.

Recognizing the home’s transitional architectural style, we noticed that the old, outdated path lights clashed with its modern elegance. To enhance the landscape, we replaced them with sleek, transitional-modern fixtures, seamlessly blending with the property’s design.

The estate also features one-of-a-kind elements, including a rock and statue garden, which we illuminated using discreet niche lighting techniques. This approach ensured that the lighting itself enhanced the space, without the distraction of visible fixtures—allowing the beauty of the garden to take center stage.
