Modern Cottage

The Modern Cottage is a breathtaking transitional-modern home in South Naples. The homeowner, a renowned residential architect from the Northeast, had met with multiple landscape lighting contractors but felt their vision wasn’t truly understood—until they discovered Beacon.

Already utilizing WAC lighting fixtures throughout the home’s interior and exterior, the homeowner was pleased with our recommendation to extend that continuity by incorporating WAC landscape fixtures into the outdoor lighting design.

Our approach began with illuminating the front architecture, followed by strategically lighting mature palms and canopy trees to enhance depth and dimension. We then installed bollard path lights, perfectly complementing the home’s front sconces. To complete the design, indicator lights were placed along the driveway, ensuring seamless navigation and added elegance in the evening hours.
