Modern Craftsman Cottage

The Modern Craftsman Cottage, while smaller in scale than many of our projects, showcases the power of a thoughtfully designed outdoor lighting plan.

The home’s natural stone and stucco façade required fully tunable fixtures to maintain a consistent lighting effect across the entire front elevation. In the yard, Gumbo Limbo trees were illuminated from three angles to achieve full canopy coverage.

A continuous row of path lights guides guests safely to the breathtaking backyard oasis, where a Chiki Hut is adorned with 11 pendant lights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Further along, tiki torch path lights with citronella basins add both beauty and function, while uplights highlight the mature palms and specimen trees.

To complete the design, we installed puck and indicator lights along the expansive dock, ensuring safety and visibility. For late-night fishing, a stainless steel adjustable fillet table light provides the perfect finishing touch.
